This place was great. I found it by accident. I’m a fan of Peruvian food so I had to give this a try. The place is a small family owned spot. Tons of dishes , it was too many to choose from , so I went with the classic whole chicken and rice with beans on the side. This meal was big enough to feed 2 people. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the green spicy sauce that was given was amazing , mild spicy with hints of garlic made the chicken taste even better. The beans were also very good. I would definitely recommend this. I look forward to ordering again. Next time I will post pictures.

I wish I would’ve carefully read the reviews before going in here. I like trying hole in the wall places because 9 times out of 10 they’re food is delicious! But this place just wasn’t it for me. First of all, I agree with the person below mentioning that the green sauces look weeks old! The oil was all settled on the bottom and the waitress dropped them off not caring about their appearance. And second of all, their food is loaded with MSG including the sauces on the table! Now I know that most restaurants use msg to enhance flavors, but jeez this tasted like they poured the whole bottle in our food! Both my mom and I ended up with literal headaches on our drive home. Also, don’t expect this place to be super clean …. Will not be coming back.

I was in the area and looking for a place to eat, i found this place and got the lomo saltado, with a glass inca kola. One of the best lomos that ive had and the hot sauce was very good as well, growing up in queens, ive had plenty at different locations. I will come back and recommend to others.

Terrible service . Dirty place , the papa huancaina the worst I’ve ever had, the rotisserie chicken horrible . The person who attends, desalinates, without a mask, not at all friendly as if it bothered him to attend you. Worst experience ever! Strongly recommend not to step foot in this place, the food is horrible the green sauce are days old and you can tell ( looks like vommit) . The staff is the worst, they scream at you and are very rude, they expect you to know the menu specials of the day, scream at you if you ask for them again, act as if you are supposed to know them .Specially stay away from the heavy middle age women, very rude to customers at all times. You could tell why the place is always empty , is not just the food that is not the best, but is there horrible customer service that will keep you away and from ever stepping foot in this establishment.

I got an Aguadito for lunch which was really good it needed a little more salt for my taste, but the flavor was there, I really enjoyed it. I also got rotisserie chicken it was good, only thing the breast was a little bit dry but overall I really enjoyed my visit, the waitress was awesome, she was super helpful and was always making sure we were having a good time. I’ll definitely be back!
