We stopped in thinking we could quickly pick up food on the way home. I noticed that cashier apologized for the wait to the person picking up in front of us, but I thought we would be fine because it was late and it wasn’t very crowded. Then we proceeded to wait for just shy of 40 minutes. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and gotten my food faster than that.

This place is delicious! We got the pork Ramen and a rock bop. I wanted a corn dog, but they were all out at the moment. We also got free dumplings because it was our first time ordering here which was super sweet. They made our meal in less than 10 minutes also!

This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to a CupBop (first time was to their food truck) and I was, unfortunately, disappointed yet again. My partner and I both got our own Combo Bop bowls—he got mandoo + Korean fried chicken while I got Korean tangy fried chicken + pork bulgogi. Though it looked delicious, both bowls were bland, overpowered by the spice and sauce. Chicken was soggy/didn’t seem fried, while the pork was mushy and didn’t feel like meat somehow… We also ordered a side of their kimchi and it might’ve been one of our worth experiences with kimchi ever, so so fishy and left a poor taste in our mouths that we couldn’t finish it. The one highlight was that the mandoo was delicious! Sadly I don’t think we’ll ever go here again.

The Korean corn dog with cheese is delicious! I wasn’t a big fan of the fried chicken, but we also ordered the Bulgogi cup which was great!

Ordered dinner for take-out on a Thursday evening. Everything was really good, but the sauces absolutely make the meal. Being first timers, we got a free order of dumplings. All of this to say, we could not drink enough (for like the next 12 hours) to fix the parched feeling from the sodium. Would probably not order again based on that alone, but the flavors were great!

Update ..we went two days ago..they have changed the way you order ..now your order and pay before they make your bowl and tell you they’ll call you up when your order is ready ..we found out why ..the food barely filled the bowl…there was hardly any rice or cabbage ..literally about 6 tablespoons of rice ..the chicken was mostly fried batter…the customer service was dry…i doubt we will be back… so disappointing

The food is unreal delicious, but they can’t get an order right to save their life, even if you specify an allergy. It’s happened 3 or 4 too many times. The food is awesome, but ordering more than two dishes at once is just too much for them. I live across the street and would love to eat there all the time, but mixing up non-Gluten Free ingredients with Gluten Free ingredients is hazardous to my loved ones’ health. Next time, I’m going to Chipotle, or Noodles, where they give a…

Cool concept and the food tasted great but didn’t seem super fresh. It is ready immediately because it is basically set up like chipotle, but the bowls are pre-set.
