I was just at the Yankton store where Brianna was very pleasant. It was nearing closing time on a Monday! The food was hot and I received it quickly. She asked if I needed a receipt which I declined. I rarely take the time for surveys but I was impressed. I feel bad because I didn’t have take receipt so I didn’t have the survey info. Thank you for the positive experience.

It kind of varies from day to day. Some days you go and they get your order perfect. Other days it’s wrong or something is forgotten. There’s even been a few instances where it smelled strongly enough like weed that you could smell it when you got in the parking lot for drive through. ♀️

Don’t order online unless you want to wait twice the time as the drive thru and only get half your order with most things cold by the time you get it! I’ve watched 5 cars go through the drive thru when I ordered less than they did. This last time forgot 2 easy items “potato oles” on my order extra cheese wasn’t even half full with nothing to use it on.

Good food, albeit greasy. 3 stars because the food here is all disgustingly overpriced. And they have a lack of bundle deals to help lower costs outside of the 6-pack and a pound. If they took up a model similar to Taco Bell where they had some rotating meal bundles for $5-$6, they would easily be a 4 star. Lower prices by about 10% and it would be a 5 star.

Not only did they get my order wrong it was rushed.. asking rudely “Is that it?” Over an over when trying to order multiple items.
