This store was very unprofessional from the waitress taking our order, no smiles. Then she brought our food using her sleeve as a oven mitt or dry cloth for the hot plate. When people said Thank you she Newberry responded “you’re welcome.” When I asked for the manager, it took him a minute to come. He comes with saggy pants and says ” what’s the problem”. He never acknowledged who he was and never said politely “how may I help you”

Best service in a chain restaurant I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone was friendly and personable. Great management presence on the floor. Food was great. We were in town for several days and visited twice since our initial visit was so positive. Store was very clean.

Don’t go here at 10pm. You will be greeted by a miserable and less than attentive staff. You will be treated like you came for Sunday brunch at 7 AM and your food will come out so unbelievably cold that it looks like it can only have been on purpose, and in spite of the fact that you came in at 10 PM. Save yourself the aggravation, just go to Taco Bell

Don’t even have words to describe it, but was very unsatisfied. Got seated didn’t even take our drink order till 30 minutes later ordered when they took our drinks waited another 45 minutes then they finally brought the food out and everything was all wrong. My old lady didn’t even get her food. Till everybody else was done eating. And our waitress never even came back to check on anyone. For drink refills I’m not one to complain but they just had three different tables walk out tonight. Due to the same issue while we was there. On top of the food being cold
