The food is great. We ordered so that we could try almost all the meat options. The best was the teriyaki steak. Everything was cooked so that it was juicy and flavorful. The sauce is the definite star of the show as it was delicious. It may take a bit of a wait to order but the food was worth it and the portions were sizable.

Overall solid experience. Portions are enormous so come prepared to eat! Could have been a bit cleaner, a few dirty tables because it was busy. I would recommend this place for someone who wants to pack on the calories. I would like to see a better alternative than a dinky salad in the future. I’m sure the smaller eaters or people who want a balanced diet would appreciate it. Will return when I’m ready to eat 3 small chickens or a baby cow.

Two meats we got the Kalua pig was very smokey and teriyaki beef wasn’t too sweet, both very good. The Pulehu Chicken was very dry and tasteless, not something I would recommend. Their rice was dry as well. We came at a nonbusy time so don’t know if this is just sitting out for too long but it shouldn’t have been served. Macaroni salad isn’t anything special. They threw in cabbage slices not sure if that’s decoration or to eat with the food but it wasn’t seasoned in any way so I can only assume it’s there to keep grease from going through the bottom of the box.

I wanted to like this place so bad and the person taking order and the check out were so fast and nice to me As soon as I walked in I already noticed they needed more ventilation. I was expecting a BBQ type of smell or something cooking but the smell was not at all appetizing. It was full with customers so I thought maybe there was a baby that needed a diaper change. It smelled like urine. So I decided take my order to go and swapped out one of my rice for the Mac salad. The macaroni salad was good. The chicken was also good and I had eaten about two pieces. Then the after taste hit me, and I’m now tasting whatever I smelled coming in to restaurant. Needless to say I lost my appetite immediately. TMI I had some issues on the toilet that evening. Not sure if it was that chicken batch but no, I’ll pass next time. 🙁

I recently visited Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food in Edmond, OK, and was blown away by the delicious food and quantity of food for the money! The menu has six protein options. I tried the EKOLU PLATE that came with TERIYAKI CHICKEN, KĀLUA PIG, and KATSU CHICKEN. I also ordered SHRIMP TEMPURA, which was all very good – so flavorful and tender! It comes with WHITE RICE & MACARONI SALAD. They were also delicious and complemented the main dish perfectly. To top it off, the drive-thru staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I recommend Mo’ Bettahs to anyone looking for something different than hamburgers, pizza, or tacos. Thank you for bringing a new dining experience to our town!

Extremely hit or miss. Heavy on the Miss. the first time I went it was great, but ever since it’s just a plate of rice with chewy fat on it. The steak and teriyaki chicken is barely edible. The steak being extremely fatty and chewy and the chicken having hard pieces to it. The drinks taste chemically/off half the time. My order is wrong most of the time. The shrimp tempura is good. Rice is good but that’s just rice. The sauce is really good always. I won’t be going back because I don’t want to spend that much and go home disappointed anymore.
