Phở, pronounced fuh, is a Vietnamese soup that is normally made with a bone-beef broth, banh pho noodles, and thinly sliced beef, that’s often served with bean sprouts and other fresh herbs on the side. Not to be confused with Japanese ramen, which is usually made with wheat noodles, pho is made with rice noodles. It is important to note that there are many variations of pho. Compared to the bay area, where pho is something very special, I would give 9/10 review , just because there was no basil on the side dish 🙂 . Rather than that , soup was very tasty, you can feel the texture pf the flavors, meat was good quality, nit smelly and nit fatty. I ordered the phoenix special to try the red meat. And I was not disappointed at all 🙂

First time visit. Will try again, but this visit was very disappointing for the price. The architecture is such that conversation is difficult. The main ingredient in the pho seemed to be salt, with very sparse fresh garnish. Fried rice was almost cold. Sweet server. Will go back one more time and try the ultimate combo fried rice, but that will be a make-or-break visit. Not terrible but there’s better food to be had for better prices closer to the main mass of town.

Overall the food was very good. The food is not traditional Vietnamese so descriptions of the dishes on the menu would be helpful… The spring rolls had pickled veggies and this would be good to know prior to ordering them. They serve their soda in cans in to go cups and have no condiments on the table which gives the restaurant a fast food vibe. I had to ask for Sriracha and salt with my meal. I ate dinner early at 4:30 but they were already out of all rice dishes. They were also out of to go lids for my drink

The drinks are awesome!!. Consistency the reason I gave 4 Stars or should be a 3 Stars. I have been eating here since they opened. Their dishes flavor changed, new chef? I still like ordering from here. I just wished they would be more consistency.

Vermicelli salad bowl was tasty and so was the Phoenix Pho. The spring rolls and egg rolls were good. The servers a female and male were accommodating; however, the other tall gentleman who sat us acted like we were bothering him. I’m pretty sure he was the manager. Then as we were still eating and had food in our mouths we were asked if we were ready to pay the bill. That’s a hard no, since we are still eating. If I am basing it on food and scenery alone the I would return.

It’s been a while since I had some decent pho and Phoenix Pho answered that craving for good pho. I also had their spring roll with peanut sauce which was really good! Service was prompt and pleasant and the spring rolls (x2), spicy pho, and tarot milk tea came out to $24 which is good for all 3 and pretty good taste and quality. If you like Vietnamese food, you’ve gotta give Phoenix Pho a try!!

Portion and food flavor was mediocre. Veggies wasn’t washed when they brought it out. Grilled meat isn’t grilled. It’s stir fry in a lot of sesame oil.

Nope nope nope. Service was fine, but the food left little to desire. The chicken tasted like it was boiled in water and then pulled apart. It was so dry and for being soup seems that would be really hard to do. Then it was served with what looked like 3 day old “herbs” such a joke. I was cool with the sauce packages vs big bottles hanging on the table. Oh and their “eggrolls” were tough and had way too much wrapper.
