This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to . The overweight, colored, older women in back cash should not be working anywhere near living people. Her attitude is repulsing. She refuses to honor coupons. Always finds a way to overcharge me. Then my bags were missing the fries that she charged me full price for when I told her I had a code. Oh & to put a cherry on the icecream let me drop a little picture of how there bathrooms looked .

I go to pick up an order tonight and this was for delivery that I was completing and the employees are all inside laughing just hanging out the drive-thru is open the website for McDonald’s says they’re open the app says they’re open and gives me the option to order for myself if I wanted to but yet they said they ran out of food and they’re not open So that makes zero sense!! Plus I also saw them touching food while they were in there So how you going to tell somebody you don’t have food but yet I can very clearly see you have food? Sounds like I need to reach out to my contact with corporate McDonald’s because I recorded the whole interaction and they’re going to love to see this proof I’m not lying and that this location is awful!

I would advise that if you want McDonald’s absolutely drive by this location and find another one. My husband went thru the drive through today and was unable to hear the young kid on the intercom so my husband asked him to repeat himself and he spoke in a way my husband would not be able to understand him and then called him a honkey!! My husband was so pissed he just left. They are rude and very unprofessional at this location. The owner may want to be present more to see what actually is going on at this location. Never again will I ever go there again!

The child working behind the counter was very rude and obnoxious while taking my order. I asked him for his name so I can report him to a general manager he kept screaming “my last name is Lord”. His manager tried to handle the situation but this child kept acting obnoxious and cursing, at this point me and my family jus wanted our food so we could get out of there before anymore problems happen. I would recommend the drive thru over dining if if you must stop for fast food. There is a Taco Bell next door with much better service

The food at this location is always stale. The line is always long, which would make you think that the food would be fresh. However, thats not the case. I had a big Mac combo today and you could tell that the sandwich had been made long before it was given to me. I wasn’t going to complain, but the food is always stale at this location. Prices are too high for cold and stale food. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM and Its a serious problem, everytime I’ve been here this happens. NOT ONCE HAVE I COME HERE AND GOT FRESH FOOD. NOT ONCE!!!! Had an unfortunate episode with the teenage crew & horribly to my surprise the “manager” who called herself assisting was just as bad. I wasn’t even in the wrong and I may have caught the residual from an altercation before me as they Immediately responded confrontational. Used to stop here all the time But after that and other minor food mishaps I’ll drive the extra 10m to another location OR just go to the local Burger King to avoid this location entirely
