This location is always slow, food may be fresh but the lord knows they take their time doesn’t matter the time of day morning, afternoon, evening. Fully staffed or not. Order isn’t even completed the way that you ask for it and the stickers obviously read.

This McDonald’s has the worst service ever. Everytime I order the service is super slow, they always forget to complete the order correctly, and the food is awful and cold. They never get orders correctly done would not recommend this McDonald’s location.

I experienced a wonderful bit of irony at this McDonald’s this morning. My friend group calls this location the “Jesus McDonald’s” because they play Christian radio all the time. This morning, in addition to the regular Christian radio, the order kiosks were playing advertisements for McDonald’s. One of the advertisements contained a clip of Satan from the “Hataraku Mao-sama!” anime asking to take your order. The Jesus McDonald’s was using anime Satan to advertise the McDonald’s experience. This amuses me.

Place is good till 2/3pm when the school kids start they shift after that it’s all down hill. Word of advice inspect your food before you leave. When they say young kids don’t care about jobs this place exemplifies that statement

Would gives 0 stars if an option! Be prepared To be parked for 10 to 15 minutes to get everything you ever order from his place. Nobody in line was able to pull right up to a speaker still took 25 minutes from the time I got my receipt to finally demanding my refund. This place is trash.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We recently moved to the area and the first place we decided to visit was this McDonald, since we heard it’s the first McDonald’s in the area. The people at the window were so disrespectful. I’m not expecting anything crazy just to be treated with respect. We got to the drive thru and was told to come to the window. As soon as we got to the window we get cursed out. We left in shock, when I called the store to speak to a manager she was also rude, started cursing and told me the owners of the store would not care about our complaints and nothing would happened. I’m appalled by the behavior of the staff in this McDonald. As this was our first interaction with anyone in Winter Haven. I started to rethink our decision of moving here. Thank God people here in general is very nice but I don’t recommend this McDonalds to anyone.

I chose to come to this location over the Auburndale location because it was just a little bit closer to my house. Come to find out they closed at 10 o’clock when the website says 24 hours. And then the attendant told me that it’s been 10 o’clock sometimes 11 o’clock sometimes 12 o’clock sometimes even 1 o’clock that they don’t know from day today what how late they’re going to be open. Am I opinion this is a really bad way to run a business, considering both locations are owned by the same person. Very bad thank you.
