The service was slow in the drive thru. After the long wait my fries were soggy and luke warm. When we arrived back at our hotel, we realized they forgot the ranch sauce for our chicken nuggets. Plain nuggets from DQ are not recommended. We were the only car in the drive thru, now I know why.

Whoever is running this evening shift should learn how to multi task. So sick of every fast food place only careing about their drivethru times so they look good to the higher ups. No everone fits in the drive thru so he gets a rush 2 people inside trying to order and like 7 cars in the drive thru so he says he has to close the lobby there getting behind. Like learn how to do your job and all around and quit careing about the drive thru. Like what does a trucker gotta do these days to eat walk thru the drive thru?

This Dairy Queen is on my way home so it’s one of my most frequented fast food spots. With most fast food, I don’t have super high expectations for the overall experience, but tonight I had such a great service experience it moved me to leave a positive review. I’m not sure what has changed but the service was fantastic. The person in drive up seemed to be having a great time, was extremely polite, and made suggestions to help me find the best value for my meal. The meal itself came out and looked like it was actually packaged with care. Thanks for the great service, I’m actually looking forward to returning!

This place is terrible. Do yourself a favor and keep going. It was not busy, waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to arrive cold. I ordered cheese curds and most of them had sat in a “warmer”, probably past their freshness time and were just topped with a few fresh ones. And the ice cream machine was broke. Will never go to this location again. Three times…each time, incredibly disappointing.

Not very often you get a 5 star experience with fast food. I just have to say how truly impressed and happy with the experience we had yesterday at the 16th location! Our kids got shots, so we took them for ice cream. The staff was friendly, fast, super attentive, very kind and so helpful! We will be back and i highly recommend a trip to their dining experience!!!!!
