Our food was delicious! Hubby loved the hot honey chicken sandwich. That shrimp po boy was the best I’ve had. We also got the Philly egg rolls. They were pretty great with the ranch. Perfect crispiness. For dessert, we got the lemon blueberry cake jar. It was perfect.

Found this neighborhood gem by chance and really enjoyed it. All of the food was great! The atmosphere was cool and welcoming. Staff was super friendly and took great care of us. I will definitely be back to try some other menu options the next time I am in town.

Me and my family stopped by this place after visiting Carolina Beach. The place was busy but the food and service was Awesome. Well worth the wait food was delicious. I had the hot honey chicken sandwich and some Philly steak egg rolls yummy. I will visit again and I recommend others to try it.

My sons and I drove all the way from Georgia to check out this restaurant and it did not disappoint. There is nothing like this in Wilmington NC (aka The Port City). Since I drove so far, I asked to speak to the owner (Corey) to compliment and thank him; he stopped what he was doing and he was very humble, but engaging. All of the positive reviews were on point and the hype is real.

Very welcoming as you come in the restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating and two order stations. You order, pay, and they bring your food to you once it’s ready. We ordered cheeseburgers, loaded fries, side salad, wings, shrimps, and egg rolls. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS. My nephew said it was bussing(real good). If you’re in Wilmington, NC you MUST pay them a visit. I would suggest that they turn the fridge up so the drinks that are purchased are cold and not room temperature.

Finally got to stop at this black owned business on a hot day, but the food did not disappoint. Both platters were fresh, hot, and seasoned well. People flow in and out and it gives the patron confidence that the food is good. I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu

WOW! Visiting my brother in Wilmington and he brought us here. I cannot wait to come back. I had the Cajun Shrimp Po Boy, the wife had the hot honey chicken sandwich and we shared the Philly Egg Rolls. My wife said it’s the best chicken sandwich she has ever had. I can say that it truly was the best flavored shrimp po boy I’ve ever had. The Philly egg rolls are a must try as well. To wrap it up with a bow, the owner even came over to ask how we enjoyed our meal. Must try if you’re in Wilmington!

My girlfriend and I have been dying to try On Thyme Restaurant. We have been salivating over the menu and pics being posted all over social media for quite some time now. We walked in today and unbeknownst to us, they were closed. (We should have checked the hours on Google first where it is posted that they are closed Sundays and Mondays but I’m really glad we didn’t!) The owner and chef, Corey, invited us in anyway and offered to cook for us. We couldn’t say no. He suggested we try the Philly steak egg rolls and the hot honey wings so we absolutely took him up on that. Man, let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! We ate every, single bite and even got fist bumps for the achievement. We were blown away by the hospitality and how delicious the food was. Everyone should check this place out! 10/10! Thank you to On Thyme for the VIP treatment and for being so hospitable and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!
