Went there with my daughter didn’t get her ice cream that should have came with her meal. We got there as soon as it open so u would think the food would be fresh but no fries where cold and tasted like they just reheated them in the microwave so didn’t even eat them but the banana my daughter got was good. The bathroom was dirty sink didn’t shut off and the table we sat at was dirty moved to another one dirty. Someone on night shift didn’t do there job

Very disappointed in this establishment. The Honey BBQ tender basket used to be so good. They had huge strips, and now they’re like hard chicken nuggets. They also used to give a ton of fries, making the price worth the food. now it seems like they just wipe some sauce on the now small tenders, and leaves me feeling disappointed. I was a huge fan of this location since middle school, but over the last year things have changed. Food quality has significantly gone down and it feels like they give you those leftover trash scraps that you’ve been dreading to eat at home. Will not be ordering food here ever again after today. This is the worst it’s been and it’s gross. I never have written reviews for a restaurant before but unless this establishment brings back the quality we all know and loved in the past years, you will keep losing frequent customers.

Indian owner is the nicest person. Always takes pride in what he does and has his staff deliver promptly. We drive 20 miles from muckwonego even though we have a dq right by our house… Ours doesn’t care if the cups are full or how long you wait while your ice creams melting in the window

This is, by far, the best Dairy Queen in SE Wisconsin. They always get my order correct and they are always the most polite people I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. We live 4 miles from our closest Dairy Queen and we ALWAYS drive the 20 miles to this one instead.

Jack was more concerned with his phone call than our order. Pretzel sticks were hard. Our blizzard order was wrong. 3 stars because the ice cream was still tasty. Pretzels weren’t good this time around. I’ve had them before…they were good my last visit. I’m just disappointed the manager or owner was more invested in his phone call, which was on speaker, than getting our food and ice cream in a timely manner.
