Im not coming back here. Ill drive to novi before i come here. They never have fajita vegetables. Also the portions are TERRIBLE. I always order double meat cuz its small. This time i came in and ordered double meat he thought i meant half and half and i said no i want double meat, i want both chicken and steak. So he thought i meant double meat of both. Idk how you go from giving me half and half to 4 servings of meat. They took it off but the bowl i got was even smaller than when i usually buy double meat. If you gave me 4 servings of meat the bowl shouldn’t close cuz my bowls are always hard to close with my normal order. This is what they TRIED charging me $34 for. Then the cashier was SO GHETTO AND RUDE about it. Like even to the manager “like no because i JUST watched her tell him she wanted two orders of both” which i definitely NEVER said shanaynay… like literally wouldn’t shut up about it even when the manager said several times its ok. She was a lil darkskin SRH. Even if charging $34 for this is robbery

They seemed to be having a very busy & rough lunch. They were out of a few items (12:30 pm) and the 2 ladies who put together our food were in a foul mood. The food was tasty, just missing a few of my favorite items ( brown rice, fajita veggies and cut lettuce). I’m guessing that it isn’t normally like this, but it was my first visit to this location. They did have brand new chipotle hot sauce so that is a bonus. Chicken was a little fatty, but still tasty. We all had the chicken burrito bowls. Delicious as always, just a rough day.

The team tonight were in sync and rock stars with a fairly decent line. Everyone was very nice, chicken bowl was delicious with all my favorites. Best experience at a Chipotle location in a long time. I really appreciated that everyone worked together. Thank you for a great experience tonight!

Online order was missing. Someone tried to help and get my order ready but my bowl was missing rice and fajita veggies when I got home. There were no lemonades available and the store was generally in disarray. Would not recommend.

Trying out a brand new restaurant location Chipotle. Grub hub delivery. Awesome service 2. Delivery showed up early 2. Food was delicious . Tasted hardier & healthier than other Mexican restaurants. Way different! What a great experience with Grub hub & Chipotle. Definitely recommend both businesses .

My boyfriend and I came here 25 minutes before close and one of the workers locked the doors as we were getting out of the car. Blatantly seeing us. I didn’t realize it was policy to close doors on paying customers. On top of that there were clearly online orders still on the rack and people outside unable to get in to get their order. The employees are pitiful to say the very least and management should be disgusted with how their store is ran. This is why fast food employees should absolutely NOT be paid 15 an hour.

Came here for lunch and it looked like they were done for the day, almost all containers were empty. The young man behind the counter gave us the impression he does not want to be here and it was awkward ordering our food. Meat was not chopped up but there were huge chunks in the burrito. Overall this location is dirty at the counter and in the seating areas. As usual food was tasty as it is Chipotle but everything else made it not as enjoyable.
