Wonderful customer service! My order was correct, hot, on time and delicious. I ordered for future order instead of asap and it was quite literally exactly on time. I saw so many reviews on fb that were not great for this establishment but I’m very glad I gave it a try. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Also… try the spinach and feta stuffed garlic bread it’s fantastic.

I ordered my pizza small extra cheese, pepperoni, salami, sausage, mushrooms and onions. We got a few onions and mushrooms. Either the person making the pizza didn’t feel like making a pizza and just threw on a few onions and mushrooms, can’t read a order or just cannot read. The pizza was a waste of money and time. Once again disappointed by Dominos Pizza in Edgewood, NM

The manager here is a rude, moody child. After waiting over an hour for my pizza, he finally brings it out and sarcastically “apologizes.” I assume he was the manager because he told a delivery guy he was good to go home.

Everytime I order from here something is wrong. I’ve come to expect it because usually our driver is kind enough to help compensate us. Tonights driver Joshua was by far the worst worker I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity of meeting. He forgot our drinks which is fine but he had an attitude the entire time. My husband requested he go back to the store and bring us our drinks (they’ve done this before with no issue) Joshua however decided once he returned with our drinks that he would deliberately drop them on my front porch knowing it would shake them up. I have never seen such pettiness from a dominos employee. If the Option to leave no stars was there that’s what I would pick.

If there was a option for 0 star I would’ve rated that and the manager there was an absolute POS his name is Bryce Dimon I’ve seen him get in screaming matches with employees and one of them walked out screaming he yells at employees and then my order is always wrong the workers are phenomenal but DONT GO HERE

Come on dominoes. I ordered two build your own pasta dishes with Philly steak onion and tomatoes and I just get plain chicken parm. None of my extra toppings. What’s the point of putting those options if you are not even going to pay attention to them…

Ordered for carryout, when we arrived they said 12 minutes. It took over half an hour and then the order was wrong. When we tried to get the pizza that was missing, they said we’d have to pay for it again and wait another 20 minutes and if we didn’t like it, we could go somewhere else. We were not rude or pushy about anything, just asked for the rest of our order. Major attitude from both employees we interacted with, for no reason. They even gave us attitude when we asked for the salad we had paid for, which we also wouldn’t have gotten if it had needed to be cooked or prepared in any way, because these people apparently cannot bear doing their jobs while at work.

Placed order. Tracker said it was boxed and ready. Got here and they didn’t have my order. Said they think a driver accidentally took it to deliver. Had to wait for them to remake my order. Wouldn’t have except it was already paid for.
