We tried to order frozen drinks on an over 93 degree and day the worker told me they only had hot coffee and tea. I didn’t know this was the McDonald’s coffee shop! We went to Starbucks and were treated well. When we left the order speaker board, the worker spit out of the payment/donut window to the spot we were hoping to get cold drinks and donuts. Probably a good thing we didn’t order anything! This is the last time visiting this location!!!

Not sure why they have frozen drinks on the menu if they “don’t have a machine” for it. They also don’t have half the menu? The heck? Customer service was definitely not what it should have been. Also HAD TO ASK FOR MY COFFEE AND CARD BACK.

Lifetime Equipment
I work near this Dunkin so I have tried to go here on numerous occasions over the past couple years and nothing is more clear than the fact that they have terrible management if any . They have been many times when 4 employees are there but lobby still not open . they stack a rack of donuts next to the drive thru window which the sun beats in on and melts the icing off the donuts . Today there were only 2 employees there and again lobby was shut down . Drive thru had cars around the building so I left . This is NOT a Dunkin problem cause Forest Drive one is always a Top Notch experience so owners of this one need to take a long look and make some hard decisions to save their business

They obviously only have one person working there in the evenings at six p m as there was no service because the gentleman that was working was in the bathroom. He was polite about me hunking the horn but I still didn’t stay there. The one star for service was not for the gentleman who finally got on the speaker but for the actual fact that they should have more than 1 person there. Or some type of sign to let you know that they are out for the moment.

Beware of this restaurant’s excuse for customer service. Clearly they aren’t educated enough to know when a Grub Hub order is paid for, you still make the order and don’t demand the driver (who has nothing to do with it) pay for the order. I clearly explained this to a black girl with a headset who acted like she knew everything. When she refused to make the customer’s order just bc her tablet was down, I asked for her name and corporate number for wasting my time, which she clearly didn’t respect. She then slammed the drive thru door in my face and said ‘get on’ waving me out of the line. Real professional. I did call corporate and hope this sorry excuse for an employee gets fired. She deserves it.

this dunkin repeatedly had almost no stock of donuts. it’s poorly staffed and almost never open for regular business. today the register was broken and the business only had blueberry and chocolate donuts. nothing else was available.

Slow, often out of commonly ordered items, employees are rude. The last time I was there I was ordering, the drive thru person rudely interrupted me and got my order wrong at the window. Going to their competitors from now on.
