What a classic venue with an interesting history dating back to the beginning of Sun Valley. Service was excellent and attentive by Mihai. Food was delicious and drinks were tasty. Can’t go wrong with this selection, a real winner any time for any special occasion.

We had a really nice evening at The Ram. Great ambience and service. The chef and manager both stopped by our table to chat. We started with the Diver Scallops in a curry, cashew sauce with sliced apples- delish! So tender, wonderful flavor. I had the pork chop with a tasty chutney and hubby had the Filet – both cooked perfectly and so good (see pics). Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

The best restaurant in Sun Valley, hands down. Just do not expect Seattle, Portland, San Francisco service nor food quality. The wine sommelier was below average while the wine selection very good, yet the waiter was good. For food: port tenderloin average, trout very good, cheese souffle good.

Beef Tenderloin was incredible. The potatoes with sauce were some of the best I’ve had. The beer selection was unique with hard to find selections. The dessert menu was unique. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because my dad thought the pianist played way too much sound of music and not much else.

The food is so good here, especially the fondue and the strawberry bun dessert (wow). Very good service. Their romaine and anchovy salad could use more anchovies, but overall, this is a great choice.

Atmosphere is an old school mountain steak house with a warm and welcoming staff. Started with a bottle of wine and fondu. I had the duck, which I would absolutely recommend however others in my party had the pork chops which was too salty.
