I ordered whiskey and the bartender brought a mixed drink. I explained to her there was a miscommunication. She finally brought me the correct drink. She then told me she was charging me for the mistake. When I tried to understand why, she proceeded to say, “Just because you are having a bad day dont take it out on me.” My friends and myself were having a good time. None of us were ill to her in any way. Needless to say the experience was awful. We paid and left. We will not be back. We are very understanding people and mistakes happen but this waitress went out of her way to be rude and difficult. She needs some education on proper communication and how to treat customers.

Don’t let the humble exterior fool you, this bar has some of the best food in town. Everything is made fresh from scratch, and they make ’em real darn good. They have a sandwich special on Saturdays where you can get the Omaha’s best Philly cheesesteak, with the option to get Omaha’s best waffle fries with it. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Very LGBT friendly too!

This is one of our favorites that we frequent often because it’s near our home. Great food and great service. The staff always hustles and gives great service even at their busiest times. It’s always a diverse mix of people which creates a fun atmosphere. Plus, there’s always something going on at Goldeez with all their dart leagues, bags leagues, karaoke, and trivia. Definitely a fun place.

What happened to this place went in for lunch today. Waited 20 minutes for the waitress. Come over and then got us. Our drinks finally got a menu and then our appetizer bell rang. 20 minutes went by. I’ll end up losing my cool I went up and said I’m done we’re leaving.

U get mountain worth of fries the only thing that confused me was the one bartender versus the world. Kinda wish they had tablets infused to the tables so u can order without waiting 13min & 27 seconds. Hate asking for a basic drinks. Kinda wish it was byob lol at this rate.
