Ordered food from hear, the delivery driver called and requested me to meet them outside. I notified them that I was in the lobby of my workplace, the driver demanded that I come to his vehicle for my food. 30 seconds later I arrive at his car passenger window, with his car still in drive. He asked my name and phone number, and I joking said the number you called like a minute ago. He clarified angrily that he had to verify it was my order, and as I reached and grabbed my food from him from inside his car, THE DRIVER SPED OFF NEARLY TAKING MY FOOD AND ARM WITH HIM. We then flipped each other off, as you do after you almost get ran over. After returning to eat I realized that my FOOD WAS MADE INCORRECTLY. Calling the store I was finally put on the phone with the manager, I explained that my order lacked lettuce and tomato which I paid extra to add. The manager told me that they are really slow and he witnessed the order being made and that there is indeed extra toppings on my wrap. I explained maybe the wrong wrap was delivered because there obviously isn’t and I’d be happy to send a picture. THE MANAGER SAID I DIDN’T NEED TO SEND PROOF THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT BECAUSE HE KNOWS IT WASN’T. After an escalated conversation deciding if the manager has knowledge of what lettuce and tomatoes look like or possibly if I did, I just hung up after informing him that I’ll be sending the proof to their company. The call had escalated that I didn’t even get the manger’s name. The wrap was okay but lacked lettuce and tomatoes, fries were terrible. Wouldn’t recommend.

These wraps are amazing. If you are looking for a fat, obese wrap at 1:30 AM, no other place will have you covered. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the food will literally make you feel like you need a doctor when you’re on the toilet because these things are so gargantuan. Even so, they taste great.

There was a hair in my wrap. When i brought it back, clearly no one with long hair made my wrap. They made a new one, no questions asked. I asked if they got their meat frozen, and yes they do. The hair was from the company who sent them meat and they fixed it. Always had good service from Conrad’s this was my only less than perfect experience but they fixed it. Love this place.

All of the wraps are extremely filling for the price, and absolutely delicious. They’re fast, so much so that conrads is my go to fast food when I’m in a rush, or when my friends or I need to sober up. Favorites are JFK, Sweet Thai, Mac Attack.

I hear about this place a lot from friends who went to alumni. First time trying. Nothing special, though I can see how it popular for late night/after games, young college students. It was good but I probably won’t be back. Customer Service was great. Food was hot and ready when I came to pick it up.
