I work in Waverly and eat lunch here everyday and I have learned that if Im using the drive thru to just order 2 Mc Chickens cause they have a habit of handing out the wrong order at the drive thru and a 30 minute lunch isn’t enough time to deal with a wrong order.

Probably the worse mcdonalds around. Slow customer service, poor attention to cleanliness, several tables were filthy, and the drink area was a mess. Not to mention the food was disgusting. The fries were cold and had been sitting a long time. Attached are some pictures of a “side salad” I had ordered. (I’m pretty sure lettuce isn’t supposed to be black with white slime over it)

Orders are always wrong. Even when we use the app. This time we ordered cheese held (it wasn’t). The pancake meals were missing syrup, silverware and napkins, and jelly/butter for biscuits. Basics people!! I can’t tell you how many times we are dissatisfied with service. Tried to call today, phone number is disconnected. If there were other options in this town, we’d stop giving you our money.

Came through drive thru last night at 9:55 to get something quick for myself. Google says open till 11 but when I pulled up they told me they can’t take my order cause they’re closed. I mentioned it says they close at 11 and with the biggest attitude was told new owner says 10. First off it wasn’t quite 10 yet either and secondly update your hours online then. I’ve put up with a lot of things from this McDonald’s the past 8 years but enough is enough. Get better staff and better service

I do enjoy leaving positive reviews for businesses and it takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. However, in this particular case, I felt strongly after what I witnessed today to leave a review. We have had several incorrect orders over the last few years at this location and the attention to making sure the orders are correct has been poor. Unfortunately, the customer service has also been subpar and today I witnessed an employee arguing with a customer and actually saying the ‘F’ word to her and it was absolutely appalling. This type of behavior should not be tolerated.
