I was nicely surprised by this concept, they only have a couple stores in the DFW area and they’re posed to grow. The restaurant was very clean and the cashier was super courteous. The food was just like any other fast food restaurant except that the sauces added an extra kick. I liked that the seating consists of booths for comfort.

I got a Zalad here and the lettuce/cucumbers were rotten. It was totally inedible and I really regret getting it. It was a complete waste of money as I just went somewhere else for lunch afterwards

First time eating here, that we stopped in for a quick dinner the service was adequate the meal we had was okay. It was mostly empty except for one of the customer while we were there. I had to drop this to three stars contemplating two. The men’s restroom was absolutely disgusting and nasty. It wreaked of a one-star truck stop bathroom. The urinal hadn’t been cleaned in months, the toilet was overrun overfilled and disgusting, the sink has been clean and who knows when. The stench of urine was worse than a chicken house. You be better off going through the drive-thru than going inside.

Took my oldest son here after school to eat, the place was not busy. Outside was very clean minus a empty box by the front door. We went inside to order and the dinning room was clean and the ambiance was inviting. We went to the counter and was welcomed by a employee, she was very nice while taking our order. I only seen 1 more employee in the back and that’s it. It did not take long to receive our order and I asked her for a Togo menu. I asked her about the sauces and she gave me there Insane sauce to try. It was definitely spicy…. My oldest has tried this place but me and the wife have not, gonna have to now based off the service i got today!!

Food is good but the dining room reeks of sewage and the whole place is pretty dirty. Men’s restroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and there’s always water standing on the floor around the drink machines. Watched some people walk in, smell the place and turn around.

STAY AWAY! Most rude and lazy people! I show up for my online order and the girl is busy on the her phone not paying attention to the counter. The person who looked like a manager washes hands for like 5 minutes and not once she looks back to look at me and when she’s done with washing her hands, she walks by ignoring the counter. I finally got the attention of the girl on the phone when I wave at her and ask for my order. She grabs it and throws it on the counter and doesn’t say a thing and just walks away from the counter back to her phone. Food is nasty tasting like they haven’t changed the frying oil in a while. Chicken is tiny and not worth it!

Do not not eat at zaxbys. My girlfriend got food poisoning from this place, had a 102 fever, was throwing up, excessive diarrhea, and had such bad nausea for 3 days. The food tasted so old, we got the chicken salad which is readymade and it must have been extremely old or cross contaminated with something. did not taste bad but certainly didnt taste good, just tasted old and left out. I do not recommend anyone to eat here, theres so many reviews and people saying zaxbys is known for their food poisoning, look up “zaxbys food poisoning” and youll get so many results. theres a canes and a chicfile down the way anyways so please avoid this place at all cost and go to literally anywhere else unless you want to be sick and bed ridden for 3 days.
