This place is poorly managed. I am writing this review after pulling up to an empty drive-thru, ordering and then being asked to pull to the front doors and wait for my order to be brought out to me. Every car behind me was told the same (See pic). This is the second experience like this in a few months. If the process is managed this poorly, how can one feel confident the proper steps are being taken for quality control and proper perp of the food?

So we ordered 2 combos this morning. Drove all the way to Bannister road bc Grandview hardees is no longer there… long story short food was not fresh wasn’t made correctly and biscuits was dry tasted like they had it fridge for a week then through it in microwave I can keep going but I wanted to point out one major thing was management /customer seevice/ cashier Joann. Unfriendly , had no care for the customer that’s dissatisfied about the food we ordered. We didn’t ask for a refund or replace entire meal just the sandwich, that wasn’t made correctly. Poor customer service no resolving an issue. WOULDT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

I personally choose this Hardee’s over the Wendy’s and taco bell next to it. I’m all about the service, these guys are great. Has me sold on this location. I been coming to this one over the years, I’m just so thankful these people are great. I got to meet the closing manager one night as I was on my way home from work, it was 9:45 and they close at 10. I’m so thankful I got to get a good hot meal after a hard day at work. Foods great and correct every time I go here and the staff is polite. Thank you for the great service.

Worst establishment I’ve been too in a year, ordered online last Saturday,waited 20 min in line got to window and was told to pull forward, happily i moved to the front of building and patiently waited along with another woman that was ahead of me in line..well 30 minutes passed and nothing..knocked on the front door and to my surprise notna person sight..soooooo i waited a few more minutes…and still waiting …………,,,,..then when the lady that was ahead of me pulled around to the drive through I followed because I had her back..waited some more cause I’m committed now….pulled up and voiced my opinion to the speaker person and waited another 20 minutes for food to be shot, plucked and grilled……so a 5 min trip took an hour..the rude employees acted like i was an inconvenience, didnt offer any kind of apology and basically acted like i was grifting them for a free dr pepper which i should of recieved after my first visit to the window..fire all that worked Saturday night cause they wasnt working that’s for sure

I was in the mood for something fast to eat before work day. I flipped a coin and turned into Hardee’s. I already wasn’t feeling the decision, but figured, no one’s died from it, so, why not?! Anyway, I was already upset with myself over getting fast food. The price for the Hardee breakfast has 2 different prices. I asked for clarity and it was a error in advertising…hmmm?! I ended up ordering 2 for $4 deal and I was disappointed. Both items were so overly greasy, I don’t believe in wasting food, so, I ended up feeding the stray in the parking lot. I will not do the Hardee’s thing for breakfast, lunch or starving.

Sooooo….I will never go back to this Hardee’s again….As you see in the photos this is what they served me.. DRY UNAPPELING FOOD. This is not the first time I have gotten food like this, I have given this Hardee’s the benefit of the doubt a few times but now I’m DONE. I’m always very honest on my reviews because I’m a consumer just like you reading this review. ITS A GAMBLE you take if you go to this store.
