I won’t make the mistake of going to this one anymore. I showed up 15 minutes and as I was giving my order was rudely told to hold on. Was absolutely treated like an inconvenience with food shoved in bags, crushed cups and thrown together food you could hardly eat. I also watched them turn customers away before close. When I worked at a restaurant if the owner found out you were turning customers away before close we’d have been fired. I’ll go to the one 154 from now on.

Had a hunger buster deal and I wouldn’t feed it to a dead dog burger was disgusting…fries were like eating rocks and colder than ice…and to top it off the location I had to make sure my car was locked…do better and to top it all off it was $14 smh stick a fork in me because I’m done!!!

If you’re going to close more than 40 minutes earlier than expected you should probably change your hours on the door and on Google. We went through the drive thru and the automated message said they were close at 9:20 pm when it says they close at 10. When we sat there for a second they then proceeded to turn off the lights on us.

Only 2 stars for the nice employee or it’d be one. Had to ask for a towel to clean a table. (a nice employee that I don’t think was working the dining area did it instead) we don’t mind waiting for our order but when it came out after 25 minutes and only us in the store it was cold and seemed like it was old.

Multiple times I’ve been here and had to wait upwards of 25-30 minutes before I got my food. They send people to pull off the drive thru and ask what color your car is so they can bring you food but they go to the wrong car/color still each time. Food was okay but my toast was crisp and cold and fries were bland. Not worth 14$ not worth my time.

I get it, there’s a “newer” DQ in town, but THIS one is spectacular! For fast food, they really keep that “hometown” feel. We came in for snacks and ice cream with our little one, and Destiny went out of her way to get my kiddo a toy to play with, which was super kind and something she didn’t have to do! I understand that ALL people and businesses have good days and bad days, so there are some bad reviews. But, in my opinion, the small acts of kindness and genuine interest to make sure you have a good experience/meal is what wins me over.
