I have been through the drive thru several times at this location and they are always very nice and the employees today were pleasant but I hadn’t been inside until today and it is NASTY! The tables haven’t been wiped off, there is trash, food and drink mess all over the floors and the drink station is nasty! There is an apron and hat from an employee that is just sitting on the booth seat. So disappointed in how this place has gone down hill.

My order is consistently wrong. I mean… it’s fast food but be prepared to know that your order is a mere suggestion. Ordered 3 crunchy superacid and a bean burrito with no onion. Got 3 regular tacos and extra onion in the burrito.. to the point I couldn’t even pick them out to try to deal with it. Ordered cinnamon twists and got only twists… No cinnamon. I would give it zero stars but my drink was correct. Yep, they’ve messed that up to and gave me a frozen one and that’s not what I ordered. I usually don’t rant but it’s been wrong so many times….

We went to the Whiteland store at 12:15 at night last night there were four girls working one of them names were Haley they were throwing sauce packets at each other. We sat in the line for 15 or 20 minutes for five items. Then when we got to the front of the line, they told us they were out of rice, which is cool. But then they forgot my Rollie Pollie/Mexi melt, and we paid for all of it. I’ve been trying to call the store to let them know what was going on but no one answered the phone so the next thing I wanna do is call corporate this is bologna they should not treat people like this

Clean dining room (particularly, the soda machine area); redefines fast-food (in other words, they are quick). Well-stocked with napkins, utensils, cups and straws; trash receptacles are abundant and thoughtfully placed. Restrooms were immaculate. Food was hot and properly packaged.

Something needs to be done about this store. They always have their lobby and/or drive thru closed. They accept orders even when they’re “closed” (they’re in the store and answer phones, so they’re being paid, but they’re not working.) I don’t have time to make multiple trips on lunch, so I’m out of a lunch break and food. Plus having to contact TBell for a refund. This has happened multiple times. When they are open, it can take 30 mins-1 hr to get through the line, even when there’s only 4 or 5 cars.

My dad and I went here last night around 10:50 through the drive thru and there were two cars in front of us and two cars behind us and the two cars in front of us got to order and get their food but they decided to shut down right when we got up to order while we were waiting in line for 5-10 minutes. Didn’t shut off the menu board or anything. We had to wait for the other people to get their food so we could leave the line. They should’ve served everyone before shutting down. I think they should really change their hours.

Ordered in the drive thru and could tell they rang me up for the wrong thing. I asked them if they put in the right item and they said yeah. Well, I got the wrong thing like I figured. Whatever, no big deal, I’ll just go in and ask for the correct thing. Well they had the doors locked. At 6:00. Guess they dont want people coming in to complain.

This location never ceases to disappoint me… Been here twice in the past week. Both times were drive thru orders. Ordered the #9 (Mexican pizza, 2 SOFT taco supreme’s and a large drink) both times, and got the same results. As you can clearly see in the photo, theses are NOT SOFT taco supreme’s. Even on the receipt, it says SOFT TACO supreme… Both times, they did not give me a fork, or ask if I wanted any sauce… Highly disappointed.

Don’t normally eat Taco Bell, I’ve never liked the food. But Went and ordered the party nachos because my husband has been wanting them since he saw a commercial or something lol. I honestly wasn’t expecting the box to be so big lol, I thought that was just for show on the commercials, but it is pretty big. Although they do give you a lot of chips, they don’t really give you toppings on all of it, so not really worth it. Also when they handed us our drinks and box through the drive thru, nacho box had food all over it and so did the drink cups, so that was kind of gross. When the husband wants Taco Bell in the future, I definitely won’t be going to this location.
