Mazevo is by far the best coffee shop in Billings, MT. Our family and our businesses frequently visit all of their locations, several times a week. We use their meeting rooms for many of our meetings and events. Their facilities are always clean, their staff is friendly, welcoming, and always professional. Really? What am I missing that everyone seems to love? It definitely is not the customer service. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the two girls finished their conversation to help me. Then, they not only got one of my drinks wrong, it was supposed to be iced, not hot, but they gave me a croissant sandwich instead of a biscuit sandwich. After I corrected the first mistake and got an obligatory eye roll from the employee, I decided to just eat the croissant instead of risking anything worse happening.
