Certain dishes are okay. I once had the triple delight that I enjoyed but yesterday I had the sesame chicken and it just wasn’t what I was expecting. It tasted like it had been taken out the freezer and put in the microwave. I also really don’t like the shrimp fried rice which I can’t see how anybody could mess that up…smh. Have a lot of soy sauce packs on standby because the shrimp fried rice is very dry, in my opinion. I’m actually being generous by giving this place 3 stars

I’ve been a loyal customer for the better part of 14 years, but I have noticed in the last few years prices are going up but service is getting worse. For starters when you call whoever answers the phone is often rude. But tonight is where I draw the line and take my business elsewhere where as she takes the order wrong and I ask the delivery guy to wait while I contact the restaurant not only does he leave but with the tip. So I’m giving up on hoping they get back to where they used to be I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m at the stage in life where If I’m not appreciated or I feel I’m not getting great customer service when I’m supporting you and your family I’ll find a better business to spend my hard earned money with

I love chicken broccoli and white rice and they definitely came through. The food was hot ready and fresh. I can’t speak on seafood because I’m allergic to it. For the fact I didn’t have a reaction is a big plus. In the back they was in tune with one another and the food was ready in the time frame I went to pick it up. Solid work I will definitely be back.

Food is good depending on what time of day you order its better in the evening hours I would like to say that they find a way to charge you for every little thing even after spending over 50 dollars on one order I was charged an extra 1.50 for substituting brown sauce for white sauce and they barely gave me any white sauce on my shrimp and broccoli wven after payingthe additional fee. Overall I was satisfied with my meal but would like the owners to know that you will loose customers for nickel and diming them constantly as well as the ongoing unprofessional attitude that you can see from their responses here. Very stingy with sauce packets. Lots of room for improvement in the aspect of customer service. Food is good though.

I’m like 99% sure these people are racist. I ordered from them ONCE and the delivery driver screams at me as soon as he sees I’m a person of color and since then, they refuse to deliver any food to address. I never did anything to them and I genuinely don’t understand their problem is with me. I wish you nothing but bad business and bad fortune for your values and your food are beyond trash, you losers. Save yourself the time and order from No. 1 Chinese restaurant, they’re actually really nice and get your order right every time.
