In the midst of the fast food “chicken wars” I decided to give jacks grilled chicken sandwich a try. Well I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Normally I get the value chicken sandwich which at this point would’ve been much better choice. The grilled patty was small, way smaller than Wendy’s, chick fil a. It’s texture was very “thready” so to speak. Unless I just got a bad chicken-patty I was extremely unhappy with it. Would be willing to try again but I think I’ll pass. Also the fries, were cold and it seems the oil was old cause the fries had that crispy coating. Won’t return, at least for a while.

I never write reviews because usually it’s never this bad… but we ordered the nacho munchie meal and it didn’t come with the onion ring or the sauce, bottom bun was toasted but the top wasn’t. We also ordered a chicken tater melt munchie meal and the croissant was toasted for too long and was burnt. We didn’t get cheese on any of the tacos of the munchie meals.
