Dinosaur Bar-B-Que was named the country’s Number One BBQ on Good Morning America and has been featured on various Food Network and Travel Channel shows. Our BBQ and sauces are nationally acclaimed and have also won honors in several publications such as Men’s & Women’s Health Magazines.
Our menu is firmly rooted in the traditions of Southern bar-b-que, but there are other influences that shape our flavors and give our food its own distinctive character. That’s one of the secrets of great bar-b-que – staying committed to tradition, but finding your own stamp and signature.

The food was overpriced for the flavor. The brisket was overcooked. The slab of ribs was seasoned well but tough. Lackluster experience. The waitress was amazing. The greens tasted like vinegar slaw, potato salad was good. The cucumber salad was vibrant but missed the mark just slightly. If you like fried green tomatoes, they were delicious. $140 later, I could have had a V8.

This place just knows how to get it done. Quality at every step. You close your eyes, take a bite out of each item on your platter and it just takes you to a magical place. The brisket was golden, the wings were soft and juice, the cornbread was full of flavour and the pulled pork was by far the best I’ve had. Everything comes with their sauce and it’s a great addition. Highly recommended!

Honestly the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a few Dino BBQ locations (Syracuse, Harlem, now Brooklyn) and they have all been absolutely amazing and consistent with their food. The ribs are falling off the bone, tender, and have a delicious smokey sauce. Their mac & cheese also has a smokey flavor and is fantastic. I have to recommend too their cornbread, deviled eggs, potato salad, wings, poutine, seriously anything you get here you can’t go wrong! But in my opinion the star of the show is the ribs – never ever dry, even the next day for leftovers!

Great BBQ place in Brooklyn a little NY chain restaurant. The meats are cooked perfectly and they compliment the sauces well. We had the 3 meat combo. Brisket ribs and pulled pork with cornbread and simmered greens and Mac and cheese with side of fried tomatoes. The dipping sauce was delicious . The service was decent but we had to keep asking for the server. All the dishes came out perfectly except 1. Definitely worth it to come

Delicious BBQ spot in Brooklyn. Everything I tasted was so good. Great sweet tea, tender and juicy Brisket, just right smoked ribs, Mac and cheese was different but delicious. My absolute favorite was the fried green tomatoes with their homemade ranch. Yum! Nothing to not like about this place! Great food, friendly service and nice atmosphere.

We celebrated my Birthday and great choice by my Nephew. The host we’re very professional and friendly. I had my young Nephew’s and Niece and they catered to them immediately giving them crayons and coloring dinosaur paper. My nephew gave it to me as a birthday gift when he was done. It’s going in a frame.The food was delicious. I had the Cajun Salmon. The Mac and cheese was extra cheesy and the corn was delicious. Great memory instilled in my heart.

Not as crowded but the night was really cold and kept some others in. Had a large family reunion, so it was a mix of ages and dietary restrictions. But the restaurant and server handled everything with ease. We basically had a large room by ourselves, so the server allowed us to have the food buffet style, so no one would be trampled for the food. Parking was tough, but every one had a great time. We will return soon.
