Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Had to ask them to return it to the oven to cook veggies on top. Didn’t realize until I got home the crust was not done from the center to halfway up the pizza. There was so little meat on this Supreme Pizza that it tasted like a vegetable pizza. Definitely threw away my money.

Waited in line at window for 27 minutes behind three cars then when I get to window I ordered one “Hot and Ready” pepperoni classic and was told it would be another 5 minutes. After waiting approximately 5 minutes was told to get back to the back of the line which was 3 more cars behind me so I could get my pizza after them! Got refund and left! I don’t have 45 minutes for a “Hot and Ready” pizza!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza for them to just tell me they hadn’t started on it. They lied to me and told me it would be five minutes until it was ready. Horrible communication and service. I would never recommend this place.

The last couple times I’ve come here, I ordered way in advance and showed up at least 15 minutes after they’re supposed to have it ready. I have to wait for them to make it. The online tracking is never updated. See photo for a straight up lie. Update. Tried again and only gotten worse. The last 5 times I’ve gone, I’ve had to wait 25+ minutes for a pre-ordered pizza, or just left without getting abutting anything.

From what it looks there was no manager there at all there was about four teenage employees young teenagers, and they did not make any of the guest feel welcome. Would not even make eye contact and was mumbling under breath talking to the customers and could not even hardly hear them. Customer service was very bad.!

Worsted service I have ever had! Nothing is ever ready and staff does not fill orders in the order in which they are placed. Every time I visit this restaurant I have to wait 20+ minutes for pizza that is advertised “hot & ready”.

This place most of the time has great pizza & breadsticks!!but lately they have been horrible!!The last 2 times me & my wife have used Doordash the Restaurant has forgotten our Crazy Bread & the last Pepperoni pizzas we got had UNREAL AMOUNT of Pepperoni on them to the point we had to take it off cuz it was just too much!!and don’t bother calling this place to complain cuz they not gonna answer the phone!!!WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION that needs Management & Employees that care about what they’re doing!!!!

Nothing is ever ready at this location, whether you order it ahead of time or walk in. When I asked to speak to a manager to ask how only one part of the order was ready 30min after ordering, she sent kid to talk with me while she hid behind her laughing. Corporate needs to step in here ♂️
