This is a tough one (hence the three star rating). The food is amazing and made freaky fast (as is standard with JJ’s). The staff is really friendly, especially the guy who I assume is the manager. This location is SO convenient for me as well, I’d go there 3-5 times a week if that were possible. And therein lies the problem: it’s often closed due to lack of employees (I assume) and if you want delivery, it’s a roll of the dice if they’re staffed well enough to take your order.

Ordered online and bag was ready when I arrived less than 10 minutes later. Cashier was smiling and friendly. Be careful in the parking lot. Very bumpy, uneven surfaces. The boarded up door is a functioning entrance. Looks like they were vandalized recently. I love the hunters club double roast beef sandwich

Just ordered this hunters club and the place is steadily going down hill. Beef was dry and not much on the sandwich as they use to put on it. The sandwich was poorly constructed and had an unbalance of vegetables. Convenient to work, but I’m losing patience. Will update as we forge ahead.

This is the second time the delivery from this location has been screwed up. The app told me my sandwich had been delivered, which it had not, so I called the store. They said it was on the way… 30 minutes go by. I call again, and they tell me the driver had a flat tire this whole time and she’s coming in 10 minutes. “If she isn’t there in 10 minutes call us back.” I call back 20 minutes later, and ask if I can come in at 4:30 (after work) to pick a new sandwich up. One of the workers, Drew, told me I can come in at 4:30 and he will make a new sandwich. Little did I know, they closed at 3:00. This location is a scam. Took my money and made me wait an entire day for absolutely nothing.

Great food, but the cashier was on her phone when I walked up, and she didn’t get off of it. I spoke after I was ready to order, she didn’t speak back. My order was ready after washing my hands, but I had to hunt for my own sandwich. I was just there for food, not the rude treatment or attitude.

Sandwiches are pretty good. Not quite classic deli good; but for fast food sandwiches, absolutely credible. Sooooo much better than Subway! Only one employee at this location when we were there around lunchtime, but he was doing a fantastic job, and should be commended.
