Stopped in and ordered a #13. Restaraunt smelled like urine. Guy that took my order had rotten teeth, and his breath smelled like shark bait. They said they were out of bread, and could only offer wheat, or onion. I chose wheat. Took a photo for reference before throwing it in the trash. $8.32 for this, and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. If you are thinking about going here to eat just go punch yourself in the face instead. P.s. That isn’t my thumbprint in the photo.

I have enjoyed jimmy John’s over the years. I ordered a turkey bacon. The sandwich had 1 slice of turkey and the bread was so thin the crust was about the only bread on the sandwich. The workers were opening up cookies and eating while I waited for a very disappointing sandwich

This Jimmy John’s does not live up to their slogan of “freaky fast.” The first time I went to get a pickup order, I arrived 30 minutes after I placed the order and it still wasn’t ready. The place was packed with people waiting for their food. I thought it was an anomaly so we tried it again, but this time the line was wrapped around inside the building and all the seats were filled with people just staring at the food counter waiting for their orders. Do not go here if you expect to grab a sandwich and go. I left after seeing this (arrived half an hour after ordering) and finally got a notification an hour later that my order was finally ready. Ridiculous.

Sandwich tasted good but just thrown together and a mess. Too much “sauces” on the zeisty turkey, by the time I got it at the counter to the table the bread was already soggy… Who likes wet bread , I still ate it.

I frequently receive bizarre errors with my order from this location(6299 Ronald Reagan Dr) like mixing up customizations, adding random ingredients, or forgetting ingredients (even add-ons that cost extra). There is no way to report errors with your order, except to call in. Employees put manager on the phone and then you have to somewhat argue or complain to get a refund. I’ve also experienced very slow deliveries (over an hour) when they are supposed to be “freaky fast”.
