We haven’t ate at the filer pizza hut since they started charging extra for the condiments. Dominoes has been awesome but we decided to try filer pizza hut again on afternoon of 3/18/2023. Was $45 for 3 large pizzas and a cinnabun. Pizza had enough toppings but hardly any sauce. Everyone said that it was like eating dry bread with some cheese ,and a little meat. Definitely needed some sauce. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Back to Dominoes for us.

I ordered on the app and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 24 minutes later and my pizza was not only not ready, but it hadn’t even started cooking yet. They were busy so I waited the 15 minutes that the screen said it would be and it was still listed as making instead of cooking. At that time I went up and asked the young man about how much longer it would be. He went back and checked and my order was still not cooking. He said it would be at least another 20 to 30 minutes. Then he couldn’t even do a refund so I had to leave without my pizza or my money because I was already late due to the extreme wait time.

In a time when so many like to complain online about everything, I’d like to say that I was nothing but happy with my pizza order last night. Seems silly and I’m insignificant but our dinner was piping hot and fresh from the oven. I don’t live far from the restaurant but it’s still not always so great. Whoever was working last night did a fantastic job! Thank you!

I tried to order a pizza from them and I’m the only person staying at the fairgrounds campground which is 6 blocks away and they couldn’t figure out how to get me a pizza. I’m glad I didn’t give any of my money to them so I could have heartburn & the runs. Pathetic customer service.
