We ordered take out from this place and the past 2 times our orders were not as expected. The cheese dip we have gotten seems like it’s left over from other people chunky with pieces of stuff in it and looks like it’s been microwaved. Our fluatas were hard as rocks and had no taste. Barely a spoon full of rice and beans. We use to love El rodeo but what we have gotten the past few times is just poor quality and disappointing.

This place is so good! This is our third time here and second time getting the Camarones Cucaracha and they are delicious… and zero points for any weight watchers folks out there. And first time getting the Caldo De Mariacos and omg it was so good. Only down side is now on cold days do we want it or the Beef Pho from Uptown Vietnamese in Columbus or at Wasabi in Opelika… woe is me… us. 😉

The music isn’t always great but it’s ok. The food and service is really good I’d recommend the carnitas Tabasco if you like spicy. One thing that would be nice if they had the pickled and roasted jalapeños.

Wonderfully friendly staff and top notch food. Got two servings of chips waiting for the food to come out because this place actually cooks your food to order! SO much better than other Mexican restaurants in the area.
