This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced. The last time we ordered online, they forgot all of our toppings and gave us a bowl of lettuce when I ordered a chicken salad with fixings, and a plain burrito with just chicken and nothing else which was also ordered with fixings. This time, we ordered a salad, they forgot the lettuce & dressing, which are the main ingredients to a salad. They forgot the guacamole & queso in my boyfriend’s burrito. They also forgot the guacamole in our side of “guacamole & chips” that was $10, and forgot the queso dip that was $4.

Firstly, I’d like to say the customer service here was absolutely horrible. I would also like to point out that while yes the one girl had her hair pulled back she had no hat/net or anything which is a standard when working with/near food. The two girls that helped us seemed like they really just hated being there/working (which I understand if you don’t absolutely love your job but you don’t make it visible to customers whilst providing terrible service). I went to order a salad, “we don’t got any lettuce.” Okay, I’ll just get a bowl then. The cause asked for steak, “we don’t have any.” Okay i’ll get a different meat no big deal. Then we went to toppings. I asked for guacamole. “Yeah we don’t have any.” (There was some in the takeout section). At the very least you could disclose that you are “out of” a few things and ask the customer if they’d like to continue with their order/let them know what you are out of. I’m not typically one to leave a bad review but when I spent $40 on a meal I would at the minimum expect to not be treated like a burden and pay full price for half of what I was there for.

Food was good as usual. We ordered ahead in the app, only to find when we get there they prefer take out only. They didn’t even have napkins out. Such a shame I assume staffing issues. This place used to be filled to the brim.

So I paid extra for guacamole and chips. I open the bag when I get home and they didn’t give me the guacamole I paid for. It’s just frustrating when you pay $18 for a bowl and guac and chips and they don’t even give you the guac. I also stood at the front forever, with no one else there, waiting for someone to even say a word to me. I waited so long as they looked at me and the whole time my order was sitting behind the counter, ready. The service definitely could be better and they need to remember not to forget part of the order people have already paid for.

The food was pretty good but the lettuce they had was brown and really disgusting. I asked them if they had fresh lettuce and they rolled their eyes at me. As a customer I expected better service, but unfortunately was disappointed as a consumer of this business.

This chipotle sucks, go to another chipotle. They didn’t have the ingredients to half of my large order. Rude workers. And can’t even order in the store. Online orders only. Very disappointed with this crew. Edit: just opened my bowl, I didn’t remember ordering soup. My bowl is drowned with sour cream. They also added lettuce when I didn’t include it in my order.

Just came in with my kids 2 yrs and 9yrs. Long story short my 2 year old spilled the bowl everywhere. I went up and asked for a pan and brush and Joshua came out and cleaned it up. He was so pleasant and nice! Glad to see good nice people working here!

Straight horrible workers, Lazy, trash every place, the trash was overflowing right next to where they prepare food!!!! floors were disgusting! tables not cleaned, work station was atrocious, playing music that wasn’t family oriented or appropriate for kids, & I thought I was seeing a dating scenario as the workers were too busy flirting with one another than to get to work & finish the orders they had. Women with long hair & no hair nets! Cold food! Poor management!
