We decided to give them a try when we realized that we were spending so much on take out dinners being busy with a baby. It actually saved us money because you can get close to 8-10 healthy dinners for the same price as two nights of take out. Not only that, the portions were perfect, the food tasted clean and I was impressed with how much meat/seafood they put in the dishes. The building was so clean and the staff was super friendly. I’ll always support a business like this and I’m telling everyone else about it.

Looked on google for healthy places near me and this place popped up. I got the taco salad with the berry cheesecake as a dessert(together were under 500 calories) and my girlfriend got the pesto salmon meal. Altogether the price was great, food was bomb, and it was enjoyable healthy food. Overall 10/10 (update: came in for the breakfast and the western omelette meals are bomb)

I have only had two meals there so far, but I will be going back for more! The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a nice selection of meals but I only bought two since I was just trying them out. Both were delicious and the perfect size for only $6 each. They tasted homemade and I felt like I was doing something good for myself. So nice to just come home and heat one up instead of the shopping, prep, cooking and cleaning of doing it all for myself. So happy I found this place!

I made my first purchase from Irene’s shop in January 2018! She is STILL the best healthy meal prep business around! The consistency and variety of her meals are unmatched. Every now and again I’ll try another meal prep company in the area and they just can’t match the taste and macros available with Aussie Kitchen Meal Prep / AK Preps & Bakery. Her baked items are by FAR my favorite. I try to replicate but it just never is the same hahaha. Even though we had more time during lockdown 2020 to meal prep our own food, the variety we got with Aussie was just incomparable.
