Workers were generally rude, refused to serve us inside after waiting 10 minutes in their lobby, in spite of the doors being unlocked and there being no indication that the store was closed. After we agreed to go through the drive thru we were made to hold for an excessive amount of time, it was genuinely 15 minutes before we were even allowed to order, they were out of most things, and incredibly impatient with us while trying to order.

When you walk in and stand at the order counter they yell at you to order on the kiosk. The 7 employees are standing around the kitchen laughing and talking about whatever. The wait for the food is ridiculous. I’m didn’t want to have to spend an hour in TacoBell today. Do not even bother to reply some pathetic message to this post about how this isn’t your usual service etc. I live here, I know this is typical.

I ordered and door dash was bring me my 40.00 order and the driver took my food hom or something said they took it back to store by no so door dash refunded my money to taco bell and door dash tried calling Taco Bell no answer and then I tried calling for 4 days been on hold for about 7hrs total with no one picking up 40.00 dollar less no food and no body talking to me Taco bell don’t care about there customer service at all

Ordered 4 tacos, 1 Gordita crunch and a beefy five layer burrito. Drove to our home 20 minutes outside of Cordele. just to fine that they shorted us the two plain tacos, and decided 2 sauces was sufficient yet charged us almost 18 dollars to get it wrong and we were the only car in line. Honestly pathetic it’s not rocket science

genuinely terrible, my friend ordered on the kiosk machine on the VEGITARIAN MENU, and when they got their food it had meat all in it, not to mention that the worker there was just yelling at us all, i promise you, stopping at this taco bell is not worth it

Wow. We do not live in this area and that’s a good thing because there is no way I could handle places like this on a constant basis. From the disgusting dining room, the out of order drink station with no signage to indicate such, and the poor example of staff that were at this location, terrible experience all around. The guy that took our order seemed lost, which wasn’t hard to believe since his phone was in his hand 3 times while taking our order. The food was okay for like 80% of it, but the other was cold AND wrong. And then the manager in the kitchen yelling because she was mad that we (the customers) attempted to use a drink station that didn’t work properly. Again this wasn’t notated anywhere. Just awful. I feel sorry for the employees that work there and the town/city that has this as one of its options to “enjoy”.

Shocked this place is still in business. Horrible, rude staff. After 10 minutes of waiting inside, finally someone addressed and said, “Use the kiosk, cause we are busy.” We turned and walked out. One car was in drive through during that 10 minutes. This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. This was at 3pm on a Saturday, and if in this area again, no way we would consider this dumpster fire
