Outstanding!! The crazy noodles with fried chicken was spectacular! Was blown away by the flavor! My wife and I have eaten here before and it’s always amazing, but this dish was next level. It spoke to me on a spiritual level. Recommend getting a ginger cider to help cleanse your pallet while you eat so you can experience the wow of the first bite throughout your meal. The picture shown is about half way through the dish

Good food. I got the chef’s special spicy stir fry on a level 3 (of 5) but it wasn’t spicy enough for me. Would try a 4 next time if you like spicy. It had great flavor though. The calamari was fried perfectly.

Drunken noodles, Tom kha soup, secret wife with chicken, papaya salad and pad Thai. Wow we ordered too much food, each portion could feed 2 people. Prices are affordable, food is fresh and so well seasoned. The veggies aren’t soggy, fresh rolls are crazy good and crisp. This is the best Thai food I’ve had in North Carolina.

Went here because it was so high in the ranks of Asheville restaurants, and looking at the reviews it looks like my experience was not very typical. me and my partner both ordered the pad thai, mine with tofu and hers with chicken. I ordered mine with the second highest spice rating and was warned by the server that that would be very spicy, and was surprised to find it quite mild, which is subjective and I’m sure depends on the produce, etc so I don’t really blame the kitchen. I would compare my dish to a medium salsa at a tex mex place, except for the ~10 little pieces of pepper which were pretty good.

Decent, but the flavors weren’t quite there for me.

We had an incredible experience at Thai Pearl. We are moving to Asheville in a few months and stopped at this establishment when we were house hunting. We cannot say enough great things about this restaurant and our server Josh. He was attentive, hardworking, and had great recommendations. He even helped us with areas to look for housing! When we were dining we were watching around the restaurant and Josh was going above and beyond. He was sitting tables, waiting on tables, running food and bussing. He was clearly a hard worker! We very much enjoyed our experience at Thai Pearl. The food was great and we will for sure be back!

This has become a favorite go-to place for me and my partner. We’ve had soups, stir frys, noodle dishes, etc. The only time we’ve ever been disappointed was a new, semi-experimental recipe they had as a weekly special & when we expressed our critiques of the dish, they were responsive. Everything we’ve tried on their regular menu has been delicious and consistent. Love this place!

If you like really sweet food you might like this place. I had the Pad Woon Sen and the only part of it that resembled Pad Woon Sen were the glass noodles. It was drenched in a super sweet sauce. I had to order a side of noodles to add to the dish so it would be edible and it was still too much sauce! This is not authentic Thai Food. On a positive note, the service was friendly and efficient.
