The food tasted old and why have a drive thru if you’re just not going to have it open? A voice came over the speaker and said I had to go inside because the drive thru was closed. Now this seems reasonable, but being a truck stop restaurant, you would think you would like to keep it convient for travelers.

Stay away from that dam wagyu burger! Allow me to start of by saying that is the most flavorless burger that I’ve ever had. No seasoning at all. It was juicy and pink just like the picture…but what good is the juice if I can’t taste it? You had better read the fine print, it’s not 100% wagyu, it’s 52% wagyu and 48% regular ground beef. Just dam flavorless. And what’s up with putting toppings on the bottom of the burger? Why anyone would strive to copy Hardee’s is beyond stoopid. “TOP” is in the word “toppings,” do you have a clue what that means? They’re not called “bottoms.”

Come on guys!!! This is heat and eat! I ordered the Chicken bacon swiss sandwich, and wow…NO Bacon. Sandwich was stone cold as well. This is not good science….heat the meal! Put the right toppings on the order folks!

We ordered boneless wings plus other items on the menu. It was a wait on the wings. The manager continued to inform us every minute of how long our wait was. She didn’t have to do that. Those little things make a big impact.
