It was a delicious breakfast. The Brooks Hotel was the only place open for a full breakfast and we were so happy we found it! The service and food were amazing! The atmosphere is simple but the food comes out hot, fresh and delicious. We were hungry so we were so happy to find the Brooks Hotel for breakfast – the must tries are the Huckleberry pancakes, the bowls or the Benedicts! Yum! You won’t be sorry.

The building is unassuming, but if you’re in Wallace, please do yourself this favor. Best meal I’ve had on our cross country road trip from OH to WA. Would put it up there with best meals of all-time, honestly. (Verde Pork Shank). Service was great. Atmosphere is charming and quiet.

We stopped here on our way thru, and the food was amazing. The waitress was very good, never wanted for anything. The food was to die for. All our picky kids loved every bite, and the wife and I are already planning on making a vacation centered around The Brooks. Will definitely be back.

What perfect breakfast stop in a fantastic little town with the sweetest locals!! Lovely experience here, had the veggie bowl with sausage gravy on the side, incredibly high quality ingredients absolute aYUMzingness!! Waitress was so sweet and thoughtful. Highly impressed. Stop here!

Yummy breakfast! The server at the front was very accommodating and was able to change our to go orders to dine in without a hitch. The sauces are excellent and the hash browns crunchy. French toast with all the toppings was amazing! We happened to go there by chance and so glad we did. Coffee was pretty good too…note, the serving size is huge. The interior is decorated very well.
