They always seems to miss something when I place an online order. Asked for some FREE Vinaigrette, and they gave me the LEAST AMOUNT they could. I poured it just to see and it was a tablespoon. Asked for an additional one in case the first time was a mistake and they GAVE ME THE SAME AMOUNT. Do better Chipotle!!!

I don’t like complaining or not the type to write reviews because I’ve worked in customer service. But the amount I paid to get my food delivered was alot for the amount of food I received. I ordered a salad and it barely had any greens! It was so disappointing specially when I barely earn minimum wage and I thought I could treat myself to get chipotle delivered. Idk if these mfs are doing portion control but I barely had anything. I mean I still ate it :/ i paid alot for it. Do better

It is always hit or miss at this Oak Brook location but today was the worst (7/16/23) mostly rice, I could count the black beans, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of cheese, covered in lettuce and found 4 small bites of chicken. Pick up at 6:40pm almost 2 hours from closing very poor training at this location.

Worst experience ever! Went on Xmas eve (as my mom loved chipotle and this is our first holiday with out her) and all employees had the nastiest attitude! There was no other customers in the building. They acted like I was bothering them during their conversation. Refused to fix an issue. Ridiculous. Never again.
