Always fast and friendly and when ever I need a custom made pizza I can call and they always make it. They always have hot and ready pizzas and crazy bread. The workers are always friendly. This rome store has become very bad. I was just in there and ordered several pizzas for my large family. The order was taken incorrectly after having been repeated multiple times. 2 pizzas were burned and the others not fully cooked. Nobody likes rubbery pizza! The service and quality are completely disappointing and almost inedible. Even the Chinese place in Rome makes better pizza!!! Now that’s embarrassing

This has become one of our favourites, we order online via doordash. The pizzas are amazing and very good value, we will often pick the ‘build your own’ option. The only real complaint is the way the pizzas are sometimes sliced, into small squares! I’ll often put in a little note to cut the pizza into triangles, honestly don’t know why cutting pizza into squares has become a thing, can understand if the pizza itself is square or rectangular. Either way, delicious food and love it!
