Stopped in for the first time for dinner. Incredibly satisfied with the quality of the food. Burnt ends were excellent, pulled pork on pretzel bun is a must, watch out for that atomic sauce, if you like spicy it’s for you. Definitely recommend sweet potato and regular fries but other sides will definitely be tried in the future. Brisket was tender with good bark. Try the wings, you’ll be very happy. Bang bang shrimp was, well, Bangin’

Very friendly staff taking our order. Food was up much faster than we expected. We had the Tuesday taquito special….SO GOOD!! They ran out of rib tips so my husband had the burnt ends and thoroughly enjoyed them. The kid had brisket. He didn’t talk only ate so it had to be good. Started with brisket poutine, the gravy is delicious! The whole meal was really good, highly recommend.

My second time here and first time ordering carry out. Two identical meals (one is pictured) came to just a few cents short of fifty bucks. Price didn’t matter so much as my disappointment that there was NO SAUCE. I have been dying for good saucy bbq for days and I picked up my order went home and had dry chicken. No one asked me what sauce I wanted or told me to grab some from any self serve area. Very very very bummed. I live 20 mins away so going back for it isn’t an option.

Firstly, I love bbq. 100 percent my fav food type. I try to patronize all the smokehouse and bbq places near me. I heard about this place through a Facebook ad and even though it is a bit of a drive, my family and I drove out on a Sunday. I was very pleased with the food. I got the pulled pork, chicken, mac n cheese and sweet potato fries. The chicken was juicy. It didn’t taste like BBQ though more like juicy fries chicken without the junky breading. The pulled pork was easily the best have had. The is really saying something. It wasn’t greasy/oiley or fatty. Also coukd tell they weren’t cutting so far that I was just a bone chip away from, well, bone. Lol. Sweet potatoes fries were great. Similar to Red Robin except not burned. Mac n cheese was good as expected. We also shared an oreo dessert. Very good. Better than any food truck or fair deep fried oreo.

I love this place. The food is always freshly made & the employees are all so friendly. The restaurant is pretty neat as they have so many picture’s of different model aircraft’s with facts about each specific model. I have had a chance to try their pulled pork, pork & beans, sweet potato fries, brisket, & smoked chicken. All very good. We will definitely be back

Always an amazing place to eat! I first tried them at the Munster location but now I live in Crown Point and I LOVE having a closer location! The food is always fantastic! My favorite things here are the chili and sweet potato fries! I just can’t get enough!!!

I got the burnt ends sandwich, an order of fries and a fountain drink. The burnt ends were very fatty, seemed like about a 3rd fat. Not my cup of tea. It all cost $21, which is outrageous, for a not very big sandwich, an order of fries, and a, drink. On top of that, I’m being prompted for a tip. For what? Why is it that EVERYWHERE is asking for tips?! Is $21 for a small, mediocre sandwich and fries not enough to cover your expenses? On top of all of this, there’s a sign on your way out the door asking (sorry, BRIBING) for 5 star reviews! “Free Oreo Something or Other for 5 Star Google Review”. Not coming back. The staff was nice, though.
