I called here this evening and was placed on hold then they picked the phone up and hung up. I called back because I figured it was probably a mistake. Nope it wasn’t I was placed on hold again same thing so I called back and the person answering the phone is very very rude! The sad part is they have good pizza we have eaten here a few times after my children’s dentist appointments but never again and I called back a few times and they just keep putting me on hold and the same guy is being very rude not and sad part you can hear it in his voice ♀️ they have officially lost another customer

First time going here and what a bad experience. Bad customer service from the start. Took my wife for a lunch date ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a ham sandwich. After 45 min and no food we left the place since the waitress was more into her regulars than new customers. Made us feel very uncomfortable since other people walking in were getting their food before us, maybe we werent the right color for them. I will not go back to this place and i will not reccomend. The place is dirty, their was hair on the wall, the floors were very dirty as well as the windows and tables. What a bad experience for the first time and we were excited to try this place out.

First time here and the Pizza was delicious. Nothing is better than sourdough crust BUT the customer service was terrible. So dont go during lunch time. Not sure if I’ll be back to give dinner time a chance to see if customer service is better.

VIPizza hosted a generous fundraiser for our kids school. They were extremely busy that night and the wait was probably a little longer than normal, but to be expected with such a fundraiser. But the pizza? We got a simple cheese on the sourdough and it was AWESOME. Definitely will be supporting this business in the future.

Perfectly crisp thin crust…but there was no BBQ sauce slathered on the crust under the toppings so it was quite dry otherwise it was tasty but a little too light on the onion and cilantro❗ That was the BBQ chicken pizza on my 1st visit there. I’ll bet everything else on the menu is just perfect. I’ll have to try some other choices from the menu on my next visit. It’s a great value on their daily specials too

I ordered a special pizza tonight for VIPs. Not on their menu… I ordered an olive oil base with mozzarella, provolone, feta cheese, tomatoes and basil. It was the best pizza I have ever eaten! I had it delivered, it was hot and perfect!! the delivery person was so nice! Thank you VIP’s! And, this is the first time I have ever ordered from VIP’s!

Pizza crust is good, minimum sauce, pepperoni was not fully cooked. Wings were absolutely terrible frozen no flavor. Very small dinning area not recommended for children, Beer selection is nothing great. I love pizza and beer and have a particular taste, I will not be coming back!

Ordered over phone, the lady who answered was not friendly at all, she was arguing basically over the special pizza on Thurs. How you can’t have more then 4 toppings on the large.. which does not, make sense because a combination pizza has like 8 toppings. The pizza was delicious, just not friendly at all.. the place looks like a bar not a pizza joint.
