This is the fourth take out order I’ve gotten from the Greenwood Pizza Hut, the first three orders were not right and the food was just OK. This last order a super supreme looks great and has all the great taste of a Pizza Hut you would expect. Staff was nice the store was clean please keep up the good work

The young woman running the register also made our order but her coworker (a young man) had taken an order by phone and left the ticket on the register and didn’t make it. The customer came in while I was there and the lady helped her as best she could. Wish there was more staff like her instead of that lazy boy.

A group of 8 of us went to dine in, no one else was there but it took 15 minutes just to get someone to take our drink orders and they were all wrong and 2 short when we did get them. We tried ordering and asked questions and were told I don’t know I’m not the cook. The girl rolled her eyes at us every time we spoke. We finally just got up and left. Very poor service with too much attitude to be working with the public!

Only reason I give a 3 is because the pizza was good but the marshmallows on the brownie was burned till they was crispy it was awful. The service was terrible. Casher didn’t give me my change till I asked for it. Then pizza was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 23 minutes.
