We have tried a variety of menu items at this location in Smithfield and have been happy with the quality and value. We like using the Dominos app with the Dominos rewards program and have used both the drive thru pick up on our way home and delivery for when we just want to stay home. Great place to get quality pizza. This Dominose has seating so if you want you can sit in the restaurant and eat pizza rather then just the topical take out. The pizza is good and the price is a lot better then some of they fancy pizza places, but it is still pretty good.

Normally whenever I go to this location I will get a very good product but the last few times I have ordered from here I have been given undercooked items. There have been numerous times I have ordered the stuffed cheesy bread and pulled it apart and have been shocked by how doughy it is. I ordered some tonight and have ran into the same issue again. I will not be ordering from this location again. I simply can’t trust that I’ll be getting what I pay for.

We have ordered from here many times over the past 6 months, the pizza is always hot and fresh. We’ve never had a long wait time, plus the app is easy to use. Their garlic seasoned hand tossed pizza crust is delicious (and doesn’t cost any extra).

My food was not ready till an hour after ordering, despite the app saying it would only take 20 minutes. It was just 1 pizza and some wings. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes for them to bring it out, and they didn’t try to make any sort of restitution. This isn’t the first time something like this happened to us. The only reason I give 2 stars is because generally the pizza is good, even the customer service sucks.

I’m one of those people who doesn’t like using websites or phone calls to order food, I am very happy with how polite the employees are. I went in, ordered my food, they gave me an accurate wait time, gassed up my truck, and picked up my pizza. My personal favorite pizza of theirs is the spinach feta with bacon and chicken add-ons.
