Food tasted old and soggy. Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken. No crunch to chicken. The color was weird looking. Also, ordered curry chicken. Both dishes was horrendous. Egg rolls was soggy as well. After this experience I don’t think I will eat Chinese food again. I literally took one bite of each dish. I spit it out. I wouldn’t give this to my dog. Driver however was excellent.

Yeah I haven’t left a review for food before let alone a bad one … I understand people need jobs but I gotta leave my review. The delivery service sucked ! It took about an hour to get the food I had ordered for my family and my entire meal was missing I was told I’d take 10 minutes until the driver dropped it off. In conclusion the driver never showed up with my food , the restaurant closed and I never received a refund

I made an order of vegetable fried rice both came with raw vegetables. Sweet and sour chicken was soggy and the sauce wasn’t in the bag I called and spoke with a manager who stated she will send out a new order then 3 minutes later the owner calls me being very rude stating he don’t understand what’s the issue. The issue is I spend 40 buck on my order of food and it’s raw now two trays of food won’t be ate . The fact that the owner was rude and yelling that he don’t understand is crazy to me it’s very self explanatory. Also a very easy fix now I put a claim with my bank to reimburse the money. If this place was up the street I would return the food myself in person. So sad before this I had zero issues with this place last time I’ll order from here.

Food was nothing like chinese food. Crab ragoons were just a strange cream cheese with no crab to be seen, egg drop soup was thick like gelatin, over cooked rice was used for the fried rice which seemed to just be white rice with soy sauce on it and the pan fried dumplings were hardly cooked. I saw the worker put my food in the microwave no wonder my food was soggy. I was so disappointed and definitely wont come back. I waited forever to get food that i didn’t end up eating. The entire order was terrible, I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I’ve been ordering here for a very long time and staff are being very sloppy with taking orders , I order a family meal of chicken fried rice , chicken wings & a regular large French fry and I received a party tray for both the French fries and chicken fried rice. As I called back to speak with someone in regards to my order one of the staff members tried to argue me down that they repeatedly asked if I wanted party tray and that was completely false information. Not satisfied with the service at all.

Ordered online, show up to pick up the food and I’m whined to about using the “wrong site” to order because it costs him 5% and using a credit card because it costs him 4% which amounts to about 60 cents considering my order was 6.10 after taxes. He told me to use the other site next time. Eat a bud. Worry about your job.. My spring roll was as small as the packet of duck sauce. There won’t be a next time, dude!. Plus you hverpriced garbage won’t be on my menu any time soon.
