Birrieria Carlos is by far the best Berria in the Portland metro area. Especially the Gresham location. The customer service is the best. Extremely friendly and the food is superb. It’s cheaper than other birrierias out there. Don’t waste your money on others like “Birrieria pdx”. Carlos is the spot. Don’t sleep on it.
