A wonderful vegan spot with great food. I would call it Mexican Fusion. Our host was very friendly and offered free hot tea. I had the bbq torta, my wife had the curry taco salad but it looks like there’s a rotating menu that changes daily.

All vegan! We aren’t vegan, but with a dairy allergy, my child can only eat at vegan restaurants. Almost all of them offer nachos, but this was by far our favorite in the entire midwest! So much flavor! Two of us could barely eat one order, it’s huge! The next visit we had chips and guacamole. Best guac (I think it’s the addition of fruit) and the salsa was so good we bought a jar to take home. The avocado cheesecake beats all the tofu/Diaya/fake cheese gritty stuff you can buy at the grocery store and actually tastes like a wonderful dessert instead of a poor impression. I’m so thankful for Pepe and his kindness to our kids, he even sent us home with a recipe to try! If you want vegan, but not only fried veggies and rubber “meat”, this is the best place to go for fresh, healthy and delicious.

Pepe’s has the absolute best vegetarian food in Lincoln. The flavors and colors are vibrant and rich. Every dish comes out beautifully plated and perfectly cooked. I love how the menu is small and always changing. Pepe always gives each dish his own unique twist with layers of flavor.
