Amazing Vietnamese food. The menu is small and focused on their specialty, northern Vietnamese cuisines. The steamed rice cakes and beef noodle soup/Bun Bo Hue are very authentic tasting . Feels like eating at a family’s home because their recipe is so delicious and taste like it was made with love and care . No complaints. They got really busy and the waiter hustled to make sure people were taken care of promptly . I can’t wait to return . Give this place a try. I want to try their noodle bowls next time !

Love it. Bun Bo Hue has a delicious flavor, is ready to eat, and is filled with meat. I had bun hen for the first time in my life, and it was really amazing. The sauce and soup were both rich in taste and quite appetizing. The food at this restaurant is delicious, however the waiter staff has to pay more attention to the guests by refilling drinks and asking if they need anything else.

A unique Vietnamese restaurant showcasing authentic food from the city of Hue, Vietnam. Pricing wasn’t terrible and portion size was appropriate for the cost. Food was generally okay but I wouldn’t say out of the park or the best out there.

Went to Goc Hue today for a late Friday lunch and my two dishes were delicious! I had the com hen (rice and sautéed clams bowl) and Banh Goc Hue Combo (mix of their specialty banh). The best com hen in DFW. The clams were seasoned well, chili sauté was spicy and garlicky, toppings were all there and the rice was the right temperature, a very important factor. The banh had good flavor and were the right texture.

My wife and I dined in for lunch. Upon entering, there was a mild odor of some sort, which made me react. The service was great. Good natural lighting. I ordered #9 Bún Bò Gốc Huế (Hue-style spicy Vietnamese beef & pork noodle soup), while my wife ordered #18 Bánh Góc Huế Combo. My portion lacked flavor, the soup was good, but together, it lacked flavor. I would give my portion a 3/5. My wife enjoyed her portion very much, and she gave it a 5/5. Would I recommend this place to my friends? No, but for the experience, I’d say go for it.

Food stays true to Da` Nang culture. Bánh tráng da^.p was just like how i remembered it. Clams with crackers was spicy, well seasoned. Definitely come back for more

Today I was craving BBH and so I picked up Bun Bo Hue and some eggrolls from Gốc Hue for togo and the portion is big. They also served with pig blood the traditional way. 5 stars for the delicious very authentic BBH and I definitely will come back again.

I’m a first-timer in Dallas, and one of my friends recommended me to try Goc Hue. I loved rice in general so I had to try the Com Goc Hue. The rice and fish sauce alone was good. And combined these two ingredients with the meat into one spoonful was an explosion of flavors. It was a great experience to try genuine Vietnamese food. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant to get a taste of one of Vietnam’s favorite and popular dishes. The food is absolutely amazing. I’m legit making excuses to travel to Dallas again. Can’t wait to return to try their other recommended dishes.

Highly recommend this place to you. Even though the menu doesn’t have a lot of choices, everything is so good. I always have the Combo plate, the Banh Uot Thit Nuong, and the passion fruit drink.

Delicious Huế dishes at this restaurant. We ordered the bánh bèo, bánh ít ram, and bún bò huề and all were very good. The noodles in the bún bò huế tasted fresh and the broth is authentic. The restaurant was clean and service was also good. Would recommend and we will be back to try other dishes on the menu.
