It was extremely cute inside, but it was $15 for this and a small fountain drink. 3 mac and cheese bites??? THREE? And the Mac and cheese was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The cheese sauce tasted extremely fake. Mac and cheese is my favorite food and we were so excited to try this place. I see why there was not one other single person there while we were, the food is awful, and the service isn’t any better. We stood there just looking around because we weren’t sure how it worked seeing as this was our first time in and the worker literally stood there and looked at us. Unbelievable.

Me and my fiancee were looking forward to trying this place because we are avid Mac and cheese lovers and it did NOT disappoint. The food was so amazing. Literally the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I already want to come back for more. I also love how the Mac and cheese comes in heart shaped containers that’s so cute. I have literally nothing negative to say other than it’s slightly on the pricey side but I’d say it’s well worth it because it tastes so good. If you’re willing to pay a little extra I’d say definitely give this place a shot it’s well worth it. My fiancee got 2 build your own grilled cheeses and I got a classic mac and 6 piece mac bites and 2 drinks. If there was an I heart mac and cheese any closer to where we live I’d go bankrupt…

My family stopped in for lunch today and it was an absolute waste of money. I love Mac and cheese and I was beyond disappointed. The pasta bowls we ordered were very dry and bland. There was very little cheese. It tells you something when my 2 year old took one bite and said it was gross.

One of the cleanest restaurants I have been in awhile. I got the build your own bowl. Just something basic to try. Just chicken and broccoli. The line wasn’t bad but it was 2pm. I must admit the portion size are good. The flavor is their. I will definitely go back and put more creativity in the bulid your own bowl options. Love the heart to go container.

We stopped here for lunch and there was no wait. I can understand some of the complaints about servuce and efficiency. The food was sub pat. Tots tasted like they were from a supermarket and put in an air fryer. The value for what you get compared to what you pay is definitely not there.

Very good experience here today food was tasty and hot. My son wanted to go there for his bday so we meet him there. The manager or owner went out of his way to make sure my son even got a gift bag with a few items related to their store.

So, I the the concept of this restaurant is fun, the interior decor is fun, and that the food is like… Ok. But I will say it isn’t the best mac and cheese in the world, and it can be a little bland.
