I paid $30 for them to mess up on a simple order. I called back for a steak hoagie with ONLY LETTUCE AND MAYO and they sent the same sandwich twice. I’m allergic to mushrooms and they sent a hoagie with tomato’s and mushrooms even after I complained. Will not be ordering from here anymore

Not only is their pizza absolutely delicious, but the customer service provided by the managers (SANIA & MOHI) and pizza drivers is second to none. I don’t regularly leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves praise. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been ordering pizza from them since day one of them opening and was never disappointed. Their staff is absolutely great. They are polite, respectful and extremely helpful when correcting mistakes. Their delivery driver is a great guy, he is a European guy, I don’t know his name but he definitely deserves a raise or some form of praise. The food is amazing. It beats every pizza place in Crafton and the ranch is amazing. The absolute best Pizza Palermo in the chain.

Worker was outside smoking while the store was extremely behind on orders. She then came in and started working with food while not washing her hands or putting on gloves. The DoorDash orders I was picking up were 20+ minutes late. I have never and will never order anything from here. The store was also very dirty.

Over all a little over mediocre pizza, I used to love this place when it had the 8.99 special but that has switched to 10.99 witch is over priced. The steak hoagie from this place is also very bad.
