I think the employees need a lesson in customer service. Always some snotty girls working evenings. Never gave a good experience with them. Tonight they were extremely slow and I ordered mobile. I was there about 20 minutes before the screen said my drinks were on there way. And 10mins after to actually have them delivered. Better to go in the mornings….

It has a drive-through, which is nice. Except, my chicken took seven minutes or so, which didn’t bother me, but it did the person behind me who drove away. I offered to move up or park, but the boy said he couldn’t bring it out for some reason. The bread was burnt, the fries were old and soft and over salted. The chicken was decent if you could overlook everything else. I wouldn’t go again because the food was terrible, but that young man was super sweet and respectful. I didn’t get his name. He was young but he was nice.

First time visiting this Sonic, and It will be the last. Ordered a single drink via order ahead. Carhops were moving extremely slowly, and were obviously overwhelmed, even before 5 o’clock. I don’t fault anyone for that, things can be overwhelming and hectic. What I can’t stand is being told my single drink is on its way and then waiting 30 minutes for nothing. Sure glad I prepaid. It was not a Super Sonic day, and this is one location I won’t be returning to again.

Check your drinks for food in your ice. I usually get drinks nightly for my family. I just get a cup of ice because I prefer bottled water. On two different occasions I had “stuff” in my cup of ice. Once looked like breading of some sort. The next time it might have been chocolate. I don’t know but it was gross. Once before that I sucked something up in my straw that was some sort of food.

I normally go here and everything is fine and yes I know I’m only doing the 2 for 5$ so I don’t need to expect filet mignon or anything but seriously the thing is so short and so thin it ain’t even worth the 2.50 of its portion of the 5$ severely upset with this I wouldn’t have even spent the money had I know this was the bullsh!t that I was going to get. I have been to this sonic several times but this time was very different. I waited for at least 15 minutes before anyone responded. Then when I did get service there was no apology for the wait. The food was good but the service was bad. Normally their service is very good!
